Summary: I would not recommend this resort. The Buffett is small and has very little for you to choose from to eat. I didn’t use the pool so can not say anything about it.

Summary: I don’t think were all inclusive people. Check in was okay, they only gave me a map of the property after I asked, no one shows you around. Except for Giovanni at the front desk and one of the female servers in Jasmine were friendly. Outside of that, the hotel staff act as if you’re bothering them. You can't keep track of all of the different times the different restaurants were open and some if them, never. We were lucky enough to walk off property to Bollywood restaurant one night and have a delicious meal. We had a dinner reservation and couldnt get to it because the road was closed for a race for 3 hours and no one at the hotel even mentioned. We also got out to Sugar Hill a very nicw restaurant at a golf club, amazing food and service. The cherry on top was when I wernt to check out, I put my key on the front desk and started to leave and the woman working the front desk said very rudly, 'you're going to have to wait to check out'! I worked in hotels for 7 years and if i ever spoke to a guest like she spoke to me, i would have been written up or fired. I think there's a lot of choices to stay in Montego Bay that are not this.

Summary: Check in was an ordeal no semblance of any order? Locals bypassed any line and were taken care of first? I didn't have a working safe in the oceanfront room so I was informed there was a hotel safe or told the only person that goes in the room is housekeeping!! Stayed there a couple of nights to be closer to the airport for an early departure! Arranged with tour desk for my ride @ 6:30 am! They never showed up ? After verbalizing my dilemma I finally had to get the front desk to give the Bellman keys to one if the cars parked in front of the hotel!He was nice enough to take us to the airport! Thank goodness I was able to make my flight! Finally the property is beautiful, beach area across the street is fabulous but starting at Sunset locals congregate with their vehicles loud music shouting so never got to use the balcony and despite using earplugs didn't sleep for the entire 2 night stay ! I was told you have to call the "front desk" so they can alert Security and have the local authorities remove them!! I called twice a few hours apart because they left and came back!!! Needless to say after 20+ trips to Negril I'd rather take the long ride to the airport then stay in Montego Bay again!!
